First off, I have to mention just how in love I am with the design of the box and all of its contents. The typography and styling of everything is just so chic.

You Are Making TWO All Natural Soaps!

The box contains everything you need to create not one but two all-natural soaps from start to finish.

The first one that you get to make is an exfoliating peppermint and activated charcoal soap.

The second soap is a woodsy-rustic ponderosa pine & eucalyptus decongestant bar.

The box also contains step by step instructions on how to make everything, and again, the design of the instructions is super chic. I’m such a typography fangirl!

I enlisted my son in the fun activity of making the soaps, and he enjoyed every minute. I am now in heaven with these new sweet smelling home-made products!

  1. They are a scam. Ordered two gift subscription and they only shipped something when we complained about not getting anything. Complete rip-off. Save you money and don’t do it.

  2. Thank you for your input, I appreciate your opinion. Also that is awful that you lost $150! I have only based my review on my personal experience, as I can not speak for anyone else. So you sharing your experience here in the comments is always appreciated, to give people more to base their decision on whether to buy or not buy from them. Thank you.

  3. This company is TERRIBLE. DIY Collectives aka HomeGrown Collectives have been scamming people for years! You may have not had a problem with them but theres tons of other people who have, check yelp or BBB website to see ALL the people who have had problems with me. They scammed me of $150 dollars. You should at least put a warning out with this post so people know what they are signing up for.

  4. This company has a F rating from the Better Business Bureau, with many complaints alleging that they removed money from people’s accounts without permission, and that they accepted money for subscriptions and never sent anything to the subscribers. Please consider removing or modifying this post about Homegrown Collective aka DIY Collectives.
